TARIFF
Business conditions and Tariff provisions represent a general offer for the conclusion of Business Contract, and the work order submitted by the purchaser of services is the concretization of this General offer.
- All users of port services ( freight forwarders, agents ,...) are obliged to comply with the General conditions of negotiation.
- No one except the Port, without prior approval by the Port, may use the port area for any kind of activity.
- Charging of services is done by the Port in compliance with the Tariff unless otherwise agreed.
- For the purpose of engagement of labour, the port users are under obligation to deliver to the Port, in each particular case, a notice on cargo arrival ten days prior of cargo arrival to the Port. This notice defines the basic element referring to the related services ( type of services, rough terms and dinamics of cargo arrival, type of cargo, form of cargo, warehouse requirements … )
