TARIFF

Business conditions and Tariff provisions represent a general offer for the conclusion of Business Contract, and the work order submitted by the purchaser of services is the concretization of this General offer.

  1. All users of port services ( freight forwarders, agents ,...) are obliged to comply with the General conditions of negotiation.
  2. No one except the Port, without prior approval by the Port, may use the port area for any kind of activity.
  3. Charging of services is done by the Port in compliance with the Tariff unless otherwise agreed.
  4. For the purpose of engagement of labour, the port users are under obligation to deliver to the Port, in each particular case, a notice on cargo arrival ten days prior of cargo arrival to the Port. This notice defines the basic element referring to the related services ( type of services, rough terms and dinamics of cargo arrival, type of cargo, form of cargo, warehouse requirements … )

TERMINALS

The “Port of Bar” JSC has the following specialized terminals in its possession:

  • DRY BULK CARGO TERMINAL
  • Liquid cargo terminal
  • RO-RO AND GENERAL CARGO TERMINAL / CONTAINER TERMINAL
  • Passenger terminal
DRY BULK CARGO TERMINAL

The terminal is used for handling and storage of bulk cargo and grains (it has a silo with a capacity of 30,000 tons);

  • The length of the operational coast is 554 m
  • Aquatorium depth up to 14 m
  • Open storage space is 5 ha
  • Three gantry cranes with a capacity of 12 t each and mobile port cranes are used for hadnling operations: LHM 550 with a capacity of 144 t, LHM 420 with a capacity of 124t
  • Checked draft of 12.8 m 
Liquid cargo terminal

The terminal is specialized for the handling of oil and oil derivates and other liquid cargo on relation ship - plant - reservoirs and vice versa.

  • The depth of the port aquatorium is 13.5 m
  • 23 reservoirs with a total capacity of 116,000 m3 (owned by “Jugopetrol – Kotor” and Montenegrobonus-Cetinje)
  • Acetic acid discharging facility, capacity 600t / h (owned by MSK-Kikinda)
  • Handling of lye is performed through a reservoir with a capacity of 3,000 m3, owned by “Uniprom ltd”.
RO-RO AND GENERAL CARGO TERMINAL / CONTAINER TERMINAL

From the technological and organizational point of view, the terminal is used for handling and storage of RO-RO, general cargo and containers.

Among other, the terminal possesses:

  • Cold storage plant: 7800 sqm net area for different temperature regimes (from -25 ° C to + 13 ° C);
  • Universal warehouses ( warehouse no.10 and warehouse no.13 );
Passenger terminal

The terminal is specialized for receiving passenger and ro-pax ships. The depth of the aquatorium is up to 5.9 m.

SPECIAL PURPOSE WAREHOUSES

I - Specialized warehouses for storage of IMO class 1 cargo

II – Cold storage plant located near the operational coast:

  • The storage capacity is 4,500 t.
  • Delivery of goods possible by road and railway wagons.
  • Purpose: storage of bananas and other southern fruits and storage of deep-frozen products (meat and fish).
