Koncept umetnut u Urbanisti\u010dki plan luke predvi\u0111a izgradnju kompletne nove infrastrukture &#8211; novog lukobrana, obale, puteva, novih rezervoara 250 000 m3 kapaciteta, novog tunela kroz brdo Volujica i nove utovarno-istovarne stanice za vagone i kamione itd. 5. Izgradnja zatvorenog skladi\u0161ta na terminalu za suve rasute terete Izgradnja zatvorenog skladi\u0161ta (150m x 50m) sa pokretnim krovom.Novo skladi\u0161te \u0107e obezbijediti optimalan stepen za\u0161tite uskladi\u0161tenog tereta od atmosferskih uticaja (za\u0161tita od prekora\u010denja dozvoljenog sadr\u017eaja vlage u teretu) i bi\u0107e eliminisana emisija pra\u0161ine iz uskladi\u0161tenog tereta sa pozitivnim efektom na za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine. 2.
