According to the founding act, the Port of Bar Free Zone covers the area of the existing Port of Bar with the immediate hinterland, the area of the former Customs Zone and the location of special cargo on the southern slope of Volujica, with a total area of 116.12 ha, of which 104.17 ha is in the free zone regime. The second unit is the area in the bay of Bigovica intended for the development of the Port of Bigovica, as well as the entire massif of the southern slope of the Volujica hill. The usable area of this spatial unit is 40.11 ha and is intended for the development of the terminal for liquid cargoes and operational-manipulative areas of the future port of Bigovica. The port area is intended for the development of goods terminals aimed at serving goods and transport flows that are directly related to maritime transport, namely: Ro-Ro terminal, terminal for consumer goods, terminal for piece goods, container terminal, wood terminal, livestock terminal, grain terminal, terminal for containers and general cargo, multi-purpose terminal for dry bulk and liquid cargo (which includes transshipment and storage of natural liquid gas, acetic acid, etc.), terminal for liquid cargo - Port of Bigovica and for special cargo on the southern slope of Volujica. Sistem zauzima povr\u0161inu od 9,3 ha. 15 urbanisti\u010dkih parcela prosje\u010dne povr\u0161ine 3.000 m2 Planske Lokacije Proizvodne Zone &#8211; Biv\u0161e Naselje Sokolana Prostor za razvoj Slobodne zona Luka Bar koji se nalazi u zoni biv\u0161eg naselja \u201cSokolana\u201d: 16 urbanisti\u010dkih parcela prosje\u010dne povr\u0161ine po 4.200 m2 namijenjenih za razvoj proizvosnih djelatnosti. Prostor nije infrastrukturno opremljen, ali se mo\u017ee jednostavno povezati na lu\u010dku infrastrukturu Planska Dokumentacija Lu\u010dka Zona &#8211; Slobodna Zona Luka Bar Lu\u010dka zona obuhvata dvije cjeline. Prvu cjelinu \u010dini postoje\u0107a akvatorija i teritorija Luke Bar sa lukobranima, operativnim obalama, gatovima, robnim terminalima, servisno-uslu\u017enim i poslovnim sistemima. Ova cjelina zauzima povr\u0161inu od 183,54 ha i isklju\u010divo je namijenjena za razvoj niza specijalizovanih robnih terminala. Pored robnih terminala, na ovom prostoru \u0107e se razvijati sistem za servisiranje i odr\u017eavanje i centralni parking lu\u010dke zone, kao i podsistem namijenjen razvoju poslovnih, trgov\u010dakih i proizvodnih aktivnosti koje su povezane sa uvozno izvoznim poslovima i zahtijevaju specifi\u010dne procedure u pogledu carinjena, kontrole i dr. (re\u017eim rada Slobodne zone). Slobodna zona Luka Bar prema aktu o osnivanju zahvata prostor postoje\u0107e Luke Bar sa neposrednim zale\u0111em, prostor biv\u0161e Carinske zone i lokaciju specijalnih tereta na ju\u017enoj padini Volujice ukupne povr\u0161ine od 116,12 ha, od \u010dega je 104,17 ha u re\u017eimu slobodne zone. Drugu cjelinu predstavlja prostor u uvali Bigovica namijenjen za razvoj Luke Bigovica, kao i cio prostor masiva ju\u017ene padine brda Volujica. Korisna povr\u0161ina ove prostorne cjeline je 40,11 ha i predvi\u0111ena je za razvoj terminala za te\u010dne terete i operativno -manipulativnih povr\u0161ina budu\u0107e luke Bigovica. Lu\u010dka zona je namijenjena za razvoj robnih terminala usmjerenih na opslugu robnih i transportnih tokova koji su direktno vezani za pomorski transport i to: Ro-Ro terminal, terminal za robu \u0161iroke potro\u0161nje, terminal za komadne robe, kontejnerski terminal, drvni terminal, sto\u010dni terminal, terminal za \u017eitarice, terminal za kontejnere i generalne terete, vi\u0161enamjenski terminal za suve rasute i te\u010dne terete (koji uklju\u010duje i pretovar i skladi\u0161tenje prirodnog te\u010dnog gasa, sir\u0107etne kiseline i sli\u010dno), terminal za te\u010dne terete \u2013 Luka Bigovica i specijalne za specijalne terete na ju\u017enoj padini Volujice. Pored robnih terminala, u okviru lu\u010dke zone razvija\u0107e se i proizvodno-trgova\u010dki i poslovni sistem namijenjen razvoju poslovnih, trgov\u010dakih i proizvodnih aktivnosti koje su povezane sa uvozno-izvoznim poslovima i zahtijevaju specifi\u010dne procedure u pogledu carinjenja i kontrole; sistem za servisiranje i odr\u017eavanje; centralni parking lu\u010dke zone kao i drugi terminali i prate\u0107i sistemi u skladu sa Detaljnom razradom. Proizvodna Zona Proizvodna zona ukupne povr\u0161ine 68,03 ha, razvija\u0107e se u okviru dvije cjeline. (1) Proizvodna zona u Polju (zale\u0111e Luke Bar) povr\u0161ine 47,25 ha, namijenjena je razvoju razli\u010ditih programa proizvodnje finalnih proizvoda, prerade, dorade, monta\u017ee, koji se odnose na industrijske grane koje nemaju izra\u017eene negativne efekte na \u017eivotnu sredinu (poljoprivredna, tekstilna, elektronska i sl.). Prva cjelina je prostor u zale\u0111u sada\u0161nje lu\u010dke zone koja se nalazi izme\u0111u saobra\u0107ajnica IV-IV, 1-1, VII-VII i 3-3 (od lu\u010dke zone do \u017eeljezni\u010dkih postrojenja i sada\u0161nje autobuske i \u017eeljezni\u010dke stanice). Ova prostorna cjelina je namijenjena za razvoj razli\u010ditih programa: proizvodnje finalnih proizvoda, oplemenjivanja, dorade, prerade, monta\u017ee, pakovanja, servisiranja i drugih poslova vezanih za razli\u010dite industrijske grane kao \u0161to su prehrambena, tekstilna, elektronska, ko\u017earska, ma\u0161inska i druga ekolo\u0161ki pogodna industrija. (2) Industrijska zona na Volujici u zale\u0111u Luke Bigovica povr\u0161ine oko 20,78 ha, namijenjena je razvoju proizvodnih sistema ekolo\u0161ki manje po\u017eeljnih industrijskih grana. Trgova\u010dka Zona Trgova\u010dka zona, ukupne povr\u0161ine 16,23 ha, namijenjena je razvoju trgova\u010dkih sistema koji \u0107e pru\u017eati usluge korisnicima na podru\u010dju Bara, crnogorskog primorja i u \u0161irem gravitacionom podru\u010dju. U okviru ove zone izgradi\u0107e se i razvijati sistemi trgovine na veliko, trgovine na malo i sistemi drugih oblika i formi trgovine. Prostor izme\u0111u ulica JNA, 1-1 i IV-IV i stani\u010dne grupe kolosjeka namijenjen je trgova\u010dkoj zoni. Zona je preko ulice JNA okrenuta gradu i podrazumeva transformaciju objekata takozvane servisne zone u zonu trgovine. U okviru trgova\u010dke zone bi\u0107e realizovane razli\u010dite forme prodaje i distribucije robe na doma\u0107em i me\u0111unarodnom tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Zona je vrlo pogodna za razvoj trgovine, jer je sa jedne strane naslonjena na lu\u010dku zonu, proizvodnu zonu i Robno transportni centar, a sa druge strane ima direktan kontakt sa gradom, korisnicima i komintentima.
