The terms of business and Tariff provisions represent a general offer for the conclusion of a Contract on the execution of a job, and the disposition submitted by the service orderer represents the concretization of that general offer.

1. All users of port services (forwarders, agents,...) are obliged to comply with the General Terms and Conditions.
2. In the port area, no activity can be carried out by any entity without the prior approval of the authorized authorities of the Port.
3. The Port calculates and charges for its services according to the Tariff for Services and Fees in the International Trade of Goods, unless otherwise agreed.
4. In order to create a basis for adequate work planning, users of port services are obliged to submit a notice to the Port (10 days before the scheduled start date of the specific work) in which the key elements related to the service in question are defined (type of service, approximate terms and dynamics of cargo arrival, type of cargo, appearance of cargo, storage requirements,...).
