Na osnovu člana 54. Statuta «Luka Bar» AD, Odbor direktora «Luka Bar» AD – Bar, na svojoj 292. sjednici, održanoj dana 25.03.2026. godine, donio je odluku kojom se prihvata  the Corporate Governance Code of ‘’Montenegroberza“ JSC.The decision was made in order to maintain the achieved high rating of corporate governance in the ‘’Port of Bar“ JSC, as confirmed through the scorecard analysis, and to further develop and enhance the corporate governance system.
