Based on Article 45 of the Statute of the ‘’Port of Bar“ JSC, the Board of Directors of the ‘’Port of Bar“ JSC – Bar, at its 168th session held on December 15th , 2017, made a decision to adopt  the Corporate Governance Code of ‘’Montenegroberza“ JSC.The decision was made in order to maintain the achieved high rating of corporate governance in the ‘’Port of Bar“ JSC, as confirmed through the scorecard analysis, and to further develop and enhance the corporate governance system.
